Returns:

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Non-Returnable Items:

Sales items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or wrongfully sent.
Opened products: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
