At Poketiques, we ensure that all pre-ordered products are shipped on or before the release date, unless otherwise specified.
If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items with different release dates, the entire order will NOT be shipped until all items are available and in stock.
Pre-order products are eligible for cancellation, though a 10% fee may apply. Cancellations can be requested from the time the order is placed until the order is confirmed with our distributors. To request a cancellation, please contact info@poketiques.com.
Product allocations are determined after distributor orders are finalized. We do our best to avoid overselling products, but occasionally distributors may short our stock, especially for specialty items outside of regular sets (e.g., limited editions, special collection sets). If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you, and, if necessary, provide a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before it is fulfilled and provide a full refund. This is our last resort if other options are unsuccessful in securing your product.
If your order shows up as a Fraud Risk (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping address, missing CVV code, mismatched IP address), we may cancel your order. If you believe the Fraud Risk is incorrect, please contact us to resolve the issue and attempt another purchase.
If you place multiple orders for items that have a "Per Customer Limit", any orders exceeding the limit will be canceled unless otherwise arranged. Attempts to bypass this limit by using multiple names or addresses will result in all orders being canceled.
All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.
